Will my dog be able to enter a dog show?
i have a VERY beautiful tibetan terrier that when we go for walks, people turn their heads around to look at him. Even the our breeder seemed a little jealous of my dog compared to hers. But their is one problem, he only has 1 testicle 
i heard that dogs with one testicle will not be able to enter for a show dog is it true? he is 8 months old and is natural show dog the way he walks , moves, and acts. thanks for all the help!
and both his parents are show dogs who won 1st places and neither of the other litter have the same problem. and we will have surgery to take then out if they dont drop by the time he turns 1 year old.
Your breeder would not be jealous if she knew of the undescended testicle. It means the dog cannot be used for breeding, he is ineligible for the show ring, he will be dismissed and banned from showing and the handler who took him into the ring will be sanctioned if you try to sneak him into a show, and he will need to be neutered as soon as his vet is ready to do it. The surgery may be very complicated because the undescended testicle has to be found. If it is left in he runs a high risk of cancer. Sorry, but you have a gorgeous pet.
