What do I expect when I come to your church?

It is our desire here at the Lighthouse Christian Centre to make everyone feel loved and welcomed. Expect to meet genuinely friendly people and we are sure you will enjoy lovely music and practical messages that you can apply to your daily life.

We have caring children workers that will be more than happy to look after your children so you can settle down and enjoy the service.

We usually wait behind after service to enjoy a nice cup of tea, coffee or a cold drink depending on the weather and everyone is welcome. It’s an opportunity to meet other people and to ask any question….or just enjoy some nice fellowship.

Do I need a special invitation to attend your church?

Not at all, you are welcome at any time

What do I wear when I come?
We are more interested in seeing you blessed than what you wear, just wear something comfortable and decent.

Can I bring my friends?
All are welcome, come with friends, relative and the whole family.

Do I have to sing or dance?

We sing along to uplifting, encouraging and lively music, most songs are projected to the screen so we know what the lyrics are, but as our guest, we are more interested in your needs been met than seeing your dance moves or listening out for you vocal abilities. Feel free to be your self, dance if you feel like it or sit down if that makes you more comfortable.

:

Am I going to have to give some money?

Giving is something that is completely voluntary, not even our members have to give. We actually have a habit of asking our guest not to give until they understand why we give.

:

What if I am late?

Though we’ll appreciate if you made effort to be early but it’s absolutely fine if it couldn’t be helped.

Do I need an invitation to church

You do not require any invitation to church, the church of the living God is for people of all nations, regardless of colour and social differences. Please feel free to join us and come with friends, family colleagues too . We look forward to seen you
